Sigma Chi, one of the oldest and largest all-male Greek fraternities nationally, has evolved into the one of the premiere leadership fraternity in the country. Based on the values of friendship, justice, and learning, Sigma Chi boasts four national leadership programs, two philanthropic organizations, and a strong executive council goverened by Grand Officers and exceptional undergraduate leaders.

Sigma Chi Horizons Leadership Program
Horizons, a leadership program based out of Snowbird, UT, was created for eager underclassmen who want to engage in self-learning excercises, team-based challenges, and personal reflection. The program, which is free of charge thanks to generous donations from alumni, selects 146 of the best Sigma Chi undergraduate leaders from across the country. Sigma Chi Balfour Leadership Training Workshop (BLTW)
The Balfour Leadership Training Workshop brings undergraduate chapters together for four days to enhance leadership potential. The workshop focuses on a chapter’s nine key areas: Consuls, Pro Consuls, Quaestors, Magisters, Recruitment Chairmen, Centurians, Emerging Leaders, Chapter Advisors, and Mentors. It is the largest leadership training session in the Greek-letter world, typically bringing out over 1,300 brothers. During this workshop, chapter officers gain leadership strategies and tips for implementing effective programming.
