Update for the Memorial Service for Pam Cornett-Hoag.  Pam’s service is on Monday, June 28 @ 11:00 @ the Clore-English Funeral Home on Route 29 in Culpeper.

We recognize that many of you may not use Facebook.  We felt this was something to pass onto the chapter at large.   From Phil Cornett’s post on Facebook.  We have no other information yet on any funeral arrangements other than that the funeral will be in Culpeper, VA, her hometown..   As I’m sure you know she battled early-onset Alzheimer’s for the last four – five years.

To my fellow Eta Lambda’s from 70’s and early 80’s…..today we lost a great little sig and hokie, as my sister Pam has entered the Chapter Eternal. She has been fighting dementia related illness and passed peacefully in her sleep. Pam loved her Sigma Chi’s and Delta Gamma’s as much as her Hokie’s. Her husband Paul has been the most dutiful and loving husband possible and been with her every day without fail. I saw her 2 weeks ago and she could still muster a smile that we will all hopefully remember her by. All honor to her name.
