On September 25th & 26th, 2026, close to 100 Alumnus, Sweethearts, Spouses, Friends met in Blacksburg to celebrate the 55th Anniversary of the founding of Eta Lambda!

A Welcome Party was held on Friday night followed by a party and lunch to watch VT beat BC!  Both events were held at the Hahn Horticulture Garden.

In conjunction with the 55th Anniversary celebration, a breakfast was held on Saturday morning to discuss efforts currently underway to recolonize Eta Lambda at VT.

At present, we have about 30 Prospective New Members, including one Eta Lambda Legacy, who have decided they want to become members of VT Sigma Chi, a process that will take 12-15 months.

We need your time, input, and financial support to reestablish Eta Lambda at VT so please contact sigmachivt@gmail.com to let us know you want to help in this important effort.
